I'm needing to sweat a little bit. The weekend provided me with a good alternative workout in the way of framing some interior partitions as a part of my basement remodel, but it didn't get my heart rate up. Tonight's workout will involve an indoor track (1/7th mile) and a jump rope as follows:
Warm up:
- run two laps
Main workout for 10 reps:
- 30 second jump rope
- 10 burpees
- 1 lap jog (slow enough to get some heartrate recovery)
Cool down:
- Two laps
- Stretching
- Crash on couch to Monday night football
